Bill Freeman
Bill Freeman began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in June 1971 and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1972. Mr. Freeman remained with the IRS, as Senior Appeals Officer of the Northern Nevada Section until January 1983 when he joined the firm as Tax Manager. Mr. Freeman became a partner in the firm in 1985. His credentials include Certified Public Accountant, Master of Science in Taxation, and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Mr. Freeman specializes in business consulting services for management in major manufacturing and refuse corporations. Mr. Freeman is a past president of the Northern Nevada Development Authority; a 300-member organization designed to attract new businesses to our community and surrounding area.

Roger Williams
Roger Williams joined the firm in 1977. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1978 and is certified to practice accounting in the states of Nevada and California. Mr. Williams became a partner in 1985 and has over thirty years of experience in all facets of accounting, auditing, and taxation within public accounting. Additionally, he has extensive experience with the firm's professional service, construction and refuse clientele. Mr. Williams is involved in numerous organizations within the community including past president of the Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada, past president of the Western Nevada College Foundation, and past president of the Western Chapter of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeff Vathayanon
Jeff Vathayanon is our firm's Managing Partner. He attended San Diego State University where he received both his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and his Master's Degree in Taxation. While attending graduate school, Mr. Vathayanon taught both financial and cost accounting. Before joining Freeman & Williams, LLP he worked for a Big 4 accounting firm for four years where he specialized in partnerships, corporations, real estate, and individuals. He is certified to practice accounting in the State of Nevada. Mr. Vathayanon has extensive experience in medical practice accounting and taxation. His clients include sole practitioners, medium-sized groups, large groups, and surgery centers.

Rachel Fletcher
Rachel Fletcher is the firm's Tax Partner. Ms. Fletcher graduated with highest honors from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Genetics before receiving her Master's Degree in Taxation at San Diego State University in 1990. She worked for Big 4 accounting firms in both San Diego and Reno where she focused on gaming, manufacturing, multistate, and international corporations. Ms. Fletcher also worked in private industry for an Australian-owned manufacturing corporation that had operations throughout the United States. She is a licensed CPA in both Nevada and California. Ms. Fletcher's areas of expertise include corporate, international and multistate taxation.

Paul Tibma
Paul Tibma is our firm's Audit and Accounting Partner. He earned his Masters in Professional Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Tibma is a licensed CPA in the State of Nevada and State of California. Prior to joining Freeman & Williams, LLP, Mr. Tibma was an audit manager with a Big 4 accounting firm. Mr. Tibma is responsible for the Audit and Accounting department at Freeman & Williams, LLP. As Audit and Accounting Partner, he coordinates the activities of over a dozen professionals in the performance of audit and accounting engagements in Northern Nevada and California.
